Job Responsibilities.:

- Coordinate and monitor the execution of residential interior projects from start to completion..
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Interior Designers, carpenters, and installation teams.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and committed timelines.
- Follow up on material requirements, dispatch, delivery, and installation schedules.
- Monitor daily site progress and share regular updates with the management team.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project progress, site visits, and execution schedules.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, production, logistics, and site execution teams.
- Identify project delays and site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor workmanship, quality standards, and site discipline.
- Maintain project reports, documentation, work schedules, and completion records.




- Support Project Managers in ensuring timely project handover and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

- Degree in C!vil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential interior projects or project coordination preferred.
- Basic knowledge of modular furniture, interior materials, and site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving a.bilities..
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines..
- Willingness to travel to residential project sites across Chennai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred..
