we are looking for a skilled and responsible Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to handle the maintenance, servicing, and repair of machinery at our alloy manufacturing factory
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and preventive maintenance. We are looking for someone who can ensure smooth factory operations and minimize machine downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of factory machinery.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems in machines.
- Repair and replace faulty machine parts when required.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure all machines are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues.
- Maintain tools and mechanical equipment properly.
- Follow workplace safety rules and maintenance procedures.
- Support factory operations to avoid unnecessary production downtime.
Requirements & Skills
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial or factory machine maintenance preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.
- Experience with industrial machinery and equipment.
- Ability to handle machine breakdowns independently.
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to work in a factory environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Depending on experience and skills).
