- Transport Operations: Manage bus routes, schedules, and daily transportation activities.
- Staff Management: Monitor driver and attendant attendance, performance, and conduct.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure regular servicing, vehicle fitness, and timely repairs.
- Student Safety: Ensure protected pickup and drop-off of students and compliance with safety procedures.
- Parent Coordination: Address transport-related complaints and communicate route or timing changes.
- Documentation: Maintain bus, driver, student, insurance, permit, and fitness certificate records.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable transport regulations and school safety guidelines.
- Expense Control: Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and other transport expenses.
- Reporting: Submit transport reports and operational updates to school management.
