Job Title: Safety Officer (Interior Projects)

Experience Required:

- 2–5 Years (preferred).

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Safety Officer to ensure safe working conditions at the project site, implement safety procedures, monitor compliance, and prevent workplace accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily site safety inspections.
- Ensure workers and contractors use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitor compliance with site safety rules and applicable safety requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Check work-at-height safety, electrical safety, tools, equipment, and fire safety arrangements.
- Maintain safety inspection reports, incident records, and safety documentation.
- Report unsafe practices and incidents to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to implement corrective measures.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe movement of materials at the site.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of construction-site safety practices and hazard identification.
- Understanding of PPE, fire safety, and accident prevention.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to conduct safety inspections and maintain records.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Safety Engineering or a relevant safety qualification. Relevant safety certification and construction-site experience preferred.
