We are looking for a confident, creative and energetic Real Estate Influencer who will become the face of Skyros Estates across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other digital platforms. Job Description We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Influencer who is passionate about content creation, social media, property markets and presenting in front of the camera. The candidate will represent Skyros Estates in property walkthroughs, project launches, real estate discussions, market updates and promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities 1. Be the on-camera face and brand ambassador of Skyros Estates. 2. Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media videos. 3. Conduct property walkthroughs of premium apartments, villas and gated communities across Bengaluru. 4. Present real estate project features, configurations, pricing, amenities and location advantages. 5. Create informative content about Bengaluru's real estate market, investment opportunities and upcoming developments. 6.



Cover project launches, site visits, events and builder presentations. 7. Explain real estate concepts, home-buying processes, property appreciation and investment strategies in a simple manner. 8. Collaborate with the videographer and video editing team to produce high-quality content. 9. Participate in content planning, scripting, shooting and promotional campaigns. 10. Build audience engagement, brand awareness and generate potential property enquiries through social media. 11. Stay updated with Bengaluru's real estate market, infrastructure developments and new project launches. Mandatory Requirements - Must own an iPhone with a good-quality camera for shooting and creating social media content. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Must be comfortable facing the camera and speaking confidently. - Strong interest in real estate, social media and digital content creation. - Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for property shoots and project walkthroughs. - Must be creative, energetic, disciplined and consistent. - Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube and social media trends. Preferred Skills - Previous experience as a social media influencer, content creator, presenter or anchor.



- Knowledge of Bengaluru's real estate market. - Ability to speak English and Kannada fluently. Hindi is an added advantage. - Experience creating Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. - Ability to write basic scripts and present information naturally. - Personal Instagram or YouTube content portfolio will be an added advantage.
