Position: IT Trainer

Job Summary

Alphine Welfare Society is looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Trainer for its DDUGKY training centre in Kichha, Uttarakhand. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality IT training to rural youth, developing their computer skills, and preparing them for employment as per the prescribed curriculum and project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical computer training to enrolled candidates.
- Teach computer fundamentals, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, email, and digital literacy.
- Provide practical training in typing, data management, and basic computer applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Maintain daily attendance, batch records, assessment reports, and other required documentation.
- Monitor candidates' learning progress and provide additional support where necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of the prescribed training curriculum.




- Support candidates in developing workplace computer skills and professional readiness.
- Maintain computer labs, equipment, and discipline in the classroom.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and other trainers to achieve project targets and maintain training quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in Computer Applications, Computer Science, IT, or a relevant discipline; BCA, MCA, B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Experience: Relevant experience in computer training or skill development is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Valuable knowledge of MS Office, computer fundamentals, internet applications, and digital tools.
- Communication Skills: Good teaching, communication, and classroom management skills.

Salary & Benefits

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
