Job Summary:

The Counselor will be responsible for guiding applicants through the entire work visa process, student visa process from counseling and documentation to application submission and follow-up. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, up-to-date knowledge of visa procedures for various countries, and a passion for assisting clients in achieving international career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled counseling to clients regarding work visa options, eligibility, timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Explain country-specific visa rules (e.g., Germany, Albania, Canada, UK, etc.) and job opportunities.
- Assess the candidates’ qualifications and suggest suitable visa categories.
- Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with recruitment partners, embassies, and immigration authorities where required.
- Maintain client records and update application progress in CRM/portal.
- Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Stay updated with current visa regulations, recruitment trends, and immigration policies.
- Meet monthly conversion targets and follow a structured sales/counseling process.
- Conduct seminars, webinars,



or informational sessions as required.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

- Higher secondary or above
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Visa Counselor / Immigration Consultant / Overseas Education or Work Placement Advisor.
- Strong understanding of international work visa processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales or target-oriented attitude with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
