About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated ERP Sales Trainees to join our team. The candidate will learn about Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, understand client business requirements, and assist in generating leads, promoting ERP solutions, and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and generate sales leads through calls, emails, and online research.
- Understand ERP software, its modules, and business applications.
- Contact prospective clients and explain ERP product features and benefits.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Work towards assigned sales targets with guidance from senior team members.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Willingness to learn ERP software and business processes.
- Confidence in client interactions and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Positive attitude, negotiation skills, and a target-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant sales aptitude may apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates interested in software sales, IT sales, and business development are preferred.
- Prior ERP or SaaS sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
