Operations & Casting Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Casting Coordinator to manage day-to-day talent coordination, casting submissions and database management.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and coordinate with talents for auditions, test shoots and casting requirements.
- Share audition briefs and follow up with talents to ensure timely submissions.
- Review and forward audition videos, photographs and profiles to casting teams.
- Coordinate with casting directors and production teams for updates and feedback.
- Regularly follow up with talents regarding availability, interest and project requirements.
- Onboard new talents by collecting their details, photographs, videos and measurements.
- Maintain and update the agency's talent database accurately.




- Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between talents and casting teams.

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills and confidence in speaking over the phone.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel and online databases.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in casting, talent management, recruitment or coordination is preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).

Location: Mumbai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
