### Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with 6–10 years of experience in IT product and solution sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in generating current business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.

2. Drive sales of IT products and solutions, including Software, SAP, ERP, CRM, and SaaS.

3. Identify potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable solutions.

4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

5. Generate leads through networking, market research, and other business development activities.

6. Prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms,



and close business deals.

7. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

8. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–10 years of proven experience in IT product and solution sales.

- Strong knowledge of Software, SAP, ERP, CRM, and SaaS products.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation, client management, and relationship-building abilities.

- Proven track record of generating business and achieving sales targets.

- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.

### Salary

Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
