Job Description:

- Define, implement, and update HSE management systems (such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, HEMP) aligned with international and local hydrocarbon regulations.
- Participate in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems for refinery, LNG/LPG, or offshore projects.
- Conduct internal and external safety audits, site inspections, and subcontractor evaluations.
- Lead root-cause investigations (using methodologies like Tripod Beta) for accidents or near-misses and track corrective actions.
- Manage emergency response plans, safety KPIs, and workforce training programs while enforcing the authority to stop unsafe work.

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: Typically 2 to 10+ years of quality control or inspection experience in oil, gas, petrochemical,



or heavy industrial construction/offshore projects.

Certifications: Industry-recognized credentials depending on the discipline (e.g., CSWIP or AWS for welding, BGAS or NACE/AMPP for painting/coating, API certifications like API 510/570/653, or ISO 9001 lead auditor training)

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading isometric/P&ID; drawings, handling precision measuring tools, and understanding codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, ISO)

Salary & Perks: Between 10 -12 lacs as per experience.
