Position: Painter
Department: Maintenance
Location: Ramada by Wyndham
Reports To: Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Perform painting work on walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and other surfaces as required.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primer.
- Apply paint, polish, varnish, and other finishes neatly and professionally.
- Carry out touch-up work and maintain the appearance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Identify damaged paintwork and report maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper use and storage of paints, brushes, rollers, and other tools.
- Follow safety procedures while handling paints, chemicals, ladders, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure minimal disruption to guests and staff.




- Coordinate with the maintenance team for daily repair and painting tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience as a Painter, preferably in a hotel or commercial property.
- Knowledge of different paints, primers, putty, polish, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to perform surface preparation and touch-up work.
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
