General Manager, Sales (SSI TMT Bars)

What You’ll Do
- Own the full P&L; for the TMT sales division.
- Set macro strategy and pricing amid raw material volatility.
- Drive pan-regional distribution and dealer loyalty programs.
- Secure high-tonnage institutional contracts (NHAI, PSUs, real estate majors).
We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience in the steel, cement and paint industry (mandatory).
- Any degree.
- Currently based in Chennai.
- Proven experience governing multi-region sales hierarchies.
- Strong command of CRM and KPI systems and credit control (DSO).
- Willingness to travel across regions for institutional engagements.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
