Job Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
- Contact prospective clients and introduce Alpha Solutions' services.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate with potential clients.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up records, and client details in the CRM.
- Support the sales team in achieving business development targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and support project discussions.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, MS Office, and internet research.




- Confidence in communicating with clients through calls and emails.
- Interest in sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift Details

Day Shift: Suitable for candidates interested in domestic business development and regular daytime working hours.

Night Shift: Suitable for candidates interested in international business development and communicating with overseas clients.

Shift timings will be discussed during the interview based on business requirements.
