About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Executive to manage day-to-day production activities, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and operational efficiency at our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per targets and demand.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for raw material availability and finished goods movement.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records, stock reports, and daily output data.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Monitor packaging, labeling, and product quality during production.
- Coordinate with the quality, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to avoid delays.




- Ensure timely completion of production targets and maintain workplace discipline.

Requirements

- Graduate or diploma in Production, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in production or warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to manage daily operations and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
