We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for detail, good storytelling skills, and experience creating engaging video content for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

* Edit short-form vertical video (Reels, Shorts) and long-form horizontal video to agreed briefs and deadlines.

*Cut trailers, teasers and promos from film and microdrama footage, respecting the usage rights for each title.

*Handle colour correction, colour grading, audio cleanup, mixing and sound design.

*Support shoot days on set: shot lists, coverage checks and on-set direction with the videographer.

*Track trends and new formats, and pitch ideas in team reviews.

Requirements:

*2–3 years of professional video editing.

*Strong command of industry-standard tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or an equivalent professional editor.

*A portfolio or showreel with live links.





*A creative eye and taste: pacing, rhythm, storytelling and an instinct for what holds attention.

*Working knowledge of media production and videography: cameras, lenses, lighting, shot types and coverage.

*Motion graphics and basic animation in After Effects or similar.

*Understanding of platform specs: aspect ratios, codecs, export settings and safe zones. Ability to deliver several videos a week to deadline and take feedback without losing quality.

*Fluent in Hindi; comfortable working with regional-language footage.

*Experience in OTT, film, entertainment or media agencies, especially trailers, promos or dubbed content.
