Brassica Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an IT Application Support Executive to assist with the support, implementation and maintenance of business applications such as ERP, HRMS and CRM.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for ERP, HRMS, CRM and other business applications.
- Assist in software implementation and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide user support.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal departments.
- Assist with user training and system documentation.
- Support data management and application testing.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Application Support or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of ERP, HRMS or CRM applications.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
