About the Company

Desire2HomeInfra is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales activities, manage client relationships, generate business opportunities, and drive property sales in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads through property portals, digital marketing, referrals, and channel partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and negotiate deals with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, developers, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and daily team activities.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Maintain sales reports, lead databases, and customer records.




- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property sales.
- Previous experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple client inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and property portals is desirable.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel for property site visits are preferred.
