About the Role: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing professional to build CyberFrat’s digital presence, grow its online community and generate qualified leads through organic marketing campaign

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media & Content Manage CyberFrat’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars covering posts, carousels, reels, videos, stories and campaigns. Create engaging content around cybersecurity, AI, technology, trainings, certifications and community initiatives.
- Identify industry trends and convert them into relevant content and campaigns. Organic Lead Generation Plan and execute organic lead-generation campaigns for trainings, certifications, memberships, webinars and events.
- Generate qualified leads through social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, webinars and community engagement.
- Develop campaigns with clear target audiences, messaging, CTAs and lead-generation objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality,



follow-ups and conversions.
- Continuously optimize organic campaigns based on lead and conversion performance.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics Support SEO, website content, email marketing and other digital initiatives.
- Track reach, engagement, website traffic, leads and conversions. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve organic lead generation.
- Coordinate with design, video, sales and other internal teams for campaign execution.
- Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing. Robust understanding of organic lead generation and digital campaigns.
- Good content creation, copywriting and social media skills. Understanding of SEO, email marketing and digital analytics.
- Ability to understand and work with marketing KPIs. Strong communication, creativity and execution skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
