Job Purpose

The Senior Enterprise Solutions Developer leads the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. The role combines deep low-code expertise with custom development in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML and CSS. It builds scalable applications, automation, reporting and integrations, applies strong application lifecycle management practices and guides junior and mid-level developers through reviews, design discussions and best practice.

Design and develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse solutions.

Build advanced Power Fx logic, reusable components and optimised data models.

Deliver secure, accessible and user-focused applications.

Automation and reporting

Build complex Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.

Create and embed Power BI dashboards.

Apply monitoring, exception handling and performance optimisation.

Custom development

Build PCF controls using TypeScript and React.

Develop custom connectors, plugins, REST APIs, webhooks and Azure Functions.

Customise Power Pages with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Liquid.

ALM and DevOps

Implement branching, pipelines, managed solutions and automated deployment using Azure DevOps.

Manage workplace configuration and solution movement.

Promote controlled and repeatable release practices.

End-to-end delivery

Lead scoping, design, development, testing, deployment and hypercare.





Perform unit and integration testing and support UAT.

Provide production support, maintenance and enhancements.

Technical leadership

Mentor developers through reviews and design discussions.

Work with architects and technical leads to improve standards.

Optimise solutions for performance, reliability and cost efficiency.

Power Platform experience

At least five years of experience in a Power Platform development role.

Platform depth

Deep expertise in Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI and Microsoft 365.

Enterprise solution development

Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade business applications, workflow solutions.

Custom engineering

Strong TypeScript, React or JavaScript skills with experience of PCF controls, plugins, custom connectors and Azure Functions.

Integration

Strong REST API, JSON, OAuth, Azure AD and Microsoft Graph capability.

ALM and DevOps





Strong experience with solution lifecycle management, Azure DevOps pipelines and environment management.

Quality engineering

Strong debugging, performance optimisation, monitoring and error-handling skills.

Professional skills

Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, collaboration and delivery management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field. Power Platform or Azure certifications are highly preferred.
