We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our real estate team in Guwahati. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, developing client relationships, promoting real estate projects, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
- Promote and market real estate projects, properties, and services.
- Handle client inquiries, arrange property site visits, and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Maintain client databases and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Knowledge of the Guwahati real estate market will be an added advantage.
