Team: Talent Acquistion

Location: River HQ, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles, including crafting compelling job descriptions, screening applicants, coordinating interview schedules and delivering data-driven hiring recommendations

- Plan and execute structured assessment and selection workflows, encompassing initial telephone screenings, technical evaluations and in-person interviews across corporate and plant-based functions

- Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, competitor benchmarking and real-time compensation data

- Develop and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for contingent and temporary personnel





- Direct high-volume contract staffing operations to satisfy energetic manufacturing demands and seasonal production ramp-ups across factory locations

- Source, evaluate and manage strategic partnerships with external recruitment consultancies, specialised headhunters and third-party staffing agencies

- Ensure all contract staffing arrangements and vendor operations comply fully with local statutory labour laws, workplace health and safety mandates and corporate governance frameworks

Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or Business Administration

- 4 to 7 years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven specialisation in non-technical and high-volume volume hiring
