Yoosha Ergonomics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to support channel partners and internal teams in order management, partner coordination, pricing support, and project execution. The role involves ensuring smooth communication, timely order processing, delivery tracking, and productive resolution of partner queries.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide support to partners regarding:
- Lead time inquiries
- Delivery updates
- Helpdesk tickets and issue resolution
- Product pricing and item code information
- Project-related support
2.Monitor order status internally and ensure timely delivery to customers.
3.Coordinate with relevant departments for order processing and follow-ups.
4.Manage and track Purchase Order (PO) approvals.
5.Maintain effective communication with partners and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Support, Customer Support, Order Management, or a similar role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Candidates from Malappuram, Kondotty, Kozhikode, or nearby locations are preferre
Location: Kakkanchery, Malappuram, Kerala
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
