We are looking for an experienced Training & Development Manager to train and develop newly joined chefs, kitchen helpers, and outlet staff across our QSR, restaurant, and hotel operations. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical, on-the-job training at outlets, ensuring food quality, hygiene, safety, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and smooth kitchen operations.

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in training and development within the QSR, restaurant, or hotel industry.
- Solid practical knowledge of kitchen operations, chef responsibilities, and helper duties.
- Experience in conducting hands-on training at multiple outlets.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, SOPs, and kitchen management.
- Good communication, leadership, coaching, and assessment skills.
- Willingness to travel to different outlets as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
