Job Description

The K Factor Productions – Team Kuldeep Singhania is looking for an experienced, result-oriented and well-connected Marketing & Sales Executive with a robust background in the Media & Entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach brands for paid collaborations, sponsorships and influencer marketing campaigns.

- Generate business leads and develop strategic partnerships with brands, advertising agencies, PR agencies and media companies.

- Pitch Kuldeep Singhania's digital presence, audience reach and content portfolio to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, PR professionals and key decision-makers.

- Negotiate commercial terms, budgets and collaboration agreements with clients.

- Manage Public Relations (PR) activities, including media outreach, press coverage, media partnerships and brand visibility.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and business opportunities.

- Explore opportunities for celebrity appearances, event partnerships, promotional campaigns and media associations.

- Convert prospective leads into successful business deals and achieve revenue targets.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of brand collaborations, marketing campaigns and PR activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.

- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is mandatory.

- Must have prior hands-on experience in media sales, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, advertising, business development, client acquisition and PR activities.

- Candidates must have practical experience handling the above responsibilities independently.

- Must have an established industry network with strong professional relationships across brands, advertising agencies, PR agencies, media houses and key industry stakeholders.

- Ability to leverage existing industry relationships to generate business leads, secure brand partnerships and explore PR opportunities.

- Strong communication, presentation, pitching and negotiation skills.

- Ability to independently identify business opportunities, develop client relationships and close commercial deals.

- Good understanding of the digital media, influencer marketing, advertising and brand collaboration ecosystem.

- Target-oriented approach with the ability to generate leads and drive revenue.
