IAMT Global is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the EdTech or Education sector.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid advertisements, generating quality leads and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive student enquiries, registrations and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting and optimization.
- Generate quality leads for educational courses and student admissions.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation, creatives and promotional activities.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and student enquiries.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and admission numbers.




- Track campaign performance and submit regular reports to management.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- EdTech or education-sector experience is highly preferred.
- Must have practical experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in paid lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, audience targeting, retargeting and CPL optimization.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, analytical and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of managing campaigns independently.

Key: Candidates with only social media management or content creation experience without hands-on paid advertising and lead generation experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
