Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, React Native, and Spring Boot to join our Software Development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend and backend development skills, experience in REST API integration, and the ability to lead technical implementation and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Spring Boot.
- Develop, maintain, and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend, mobile applications, and backend services.
- Design, develop, and optimize database structures, queries, and data processing.
- Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and application security.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend, mobile, and backend technical issues.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project coordinators, QA teams, and other developers.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Participate in project planning, technical discussions, estimation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Use Git/GitHub or other version-control systems to manage source code.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, development standards, and best practices.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend web development.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of Java, object-oriented programming (OOP), and Spring Boot architecture.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of application authentication, authorization, and security practices.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version-control workflows.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience deploying web and mobile applications to production environments.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and unit testing.
- Knowledge of application performance monitoring and optimization.
- Experience with third-party API integrations and payment gateway integrations.
- Experience leading development teams, mentoring developers, and managing technical projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong practical experience with React.js, React Native, and Spring Boot.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain production-ready web, mobile, and backend applications.
