Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and formulate oral care products such as toothpaste, toothpowder, mouthwash and other dental-care products.

2. Research market trends, consumer requirements and competitor products in the oral care segment.

3. Work on current product concepts, formulation development and product improvement.

4. Identify and evaluate raw materials, ingredients and packaging materials.

5. Conduct product trials, stability testing and quality evaluations.

6. Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Production, Procurement and Packaging teams.

7. Work with vendors and suppliers for samples, raw materials and product development.

8.



Prepare and maintain product development documents, specifications and reports.

9. Support product costing, feasibility studies and product launch activities.

10. Ensure products meet required quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Preferred Industry Experience
Oral Care, Dental Care, FMCG, Personal Care or Healthcare products.
