· Data Extraction & Verification: Extract data from the company’s CRM software, verify its accuracy, identify discrepancies, and prepare data reports as required.

· Sales & Purchase Order Management: Upload sales and purchase orders into the CRM system and ensure all relevant details are entered correctly.

· CRM Data Management: Maintain, update, and organize records in the CRM portal to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

· Employee Login Creation: Create CRM portal login credentials for recent employees and provide basic access-related support.

· Data Monitoring: Regularly check CRM entries, identify errors or missing information, and coordinate with the concerned departments for corrections.

· System Support: Assist employees with basic CRM-related queries and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
