Job Description – Store Incharge

Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
Industry: Sports Manufacturing / Apparel

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and material movement. Prior experience handling fabrics is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inward and outward movement of materials and maintain accurate stock records.
- Handle fabric inventory, including different fabric types, colours, GSM, rolls, and quantities.
- Receive, inspect, and store fabrics and other raw materials properly.
- Maintain stock registers and ensure timely stock updates in the system/Excel.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts teams for material requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification,



and preservation of fabrics and other materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortages.
- Maintain proper documentation for all material receipts and issues.

Requirements:

- Fabric store experience is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in garment, apparel, textile, or sports manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of different fabrics, fabric rolls, GSM, colours, and measurements.
- Valuable command of Excel and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and stock accuracy.
- Ability to manage store operations independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
