Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Reservation Executive to handle resort bookings, guest enquiries and reservation coordination for our hospitality business.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Communicate with guests through WhatsApp, phone calls and messages.
- Handle resort room bookings and reservation requests.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Share room details, packages, rates and availability with guests.
- Maintain booking records and update reservation details.
- Coordinate with resort teams regarding guest arrivals and bookings.
- Prepare daily reservation reports.

Requirements

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest in sales, customer service and hospitality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
