Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Promote and sell dental products and materials to potential customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals and market research.
- Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and prospective customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.




- Maintain customer databases, sales reports and business development records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:

- 5–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, dental or healthcare-related sales and business development.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and territory management.
- Existing relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals or distributors will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Robust customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage an assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
