We help businesses promote their products and services through authentic creator-generated content while enabling creators to earn money from their content and engagement.

We're expanding our growth team and looking for motivated individuals who can help us build relationships with creators, influencers, businesses, and potential brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Acquisition & Onboarding

- Identify and approach Instagram creators, micro-influencers, and content creators through social media.
- Send personalized outreach messages and follow up with interested creators.
- Explain Reelencer's platform, earning opportunities, and campaign participation process.
- Guide creators through registration, account linking, and campaign onboarding.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with onboarded creators.
- Encourage creators to participate actively in available promotional campaigns.

Brand & Client Acquisition

- Research and identify potential brands, startups, e-commerce businesses, and marketing agencies.
- Reach out to decision-makers through Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
- Introduce Reelencer's creator marketing solutions and explain the benefits to prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule discussions with interested businesses.
- Assist in converting prospects into registered and paying brand clients.
- Maintain professional communication and timely follow-ups.

Outreach & Reporting

- Maintain daily records of outreach activities, responses, follow-ups,



and successful onboardings.
- Work toward weekly and monthly acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to improve outreach campaigns and conversion rates.
- Share feedback and insights to improve creator and client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Ability to approach new people professionally and build relationships.
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media promotion.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel for tracking leads.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward performance targets.
