URGENT HIRING – TWO SPECIALIST COOKSX-ON-LAKE | IGATPURI, NASHIK

X-ON-LAKE is a developing boutique lakeside resort with 25 rooms, 2 villas and a family of approximately 25 staff and workers, some residential on the property.

We are looking for two exceptionally talented, hands-on cooks to help develop our kitchen, menus and food offerings.

POSITION 1 – SPECIALIST VEGETARIAN COOK

Required expertise:

- Authentic Marwari cuisine.
- Gujarati cuisine and traditional menus.
- Jain food preparation and dietary requirements.
- Menu planning and independent kitchen management.

Preferably vegetarian by personal food practice.

POSITION 2 – SPECIALIST NON-VEGETARIAN COOK

Required expertise:

- Tandoor and Indian breads.
- North Indian cuisine.
- Hyderabadi dishes and flavours.
- Thai, Chinese and Parsi cuisine.
- Menu development and independent kitchen management.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Salary: ₹27,000–₹35,000 per month.
- Salary is negotiable and can be revised upwards based on talent,



experience and practical skills.

LOCATION: Igatpuri, Maharashtra.
