Job Description: HR Business Partner / HR Generalist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Generalist with a solid background in the IT industry to manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations while supporting employee engagement and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, HR interviews, offer negotiation, and offer release.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, timesheets, and leave administration.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and resolve employee payroll queries.
- Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage employee relations and HR queries.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and track HR metrics.
- Coordinate with managers and international HR teams on HR initiatives.
- Support training and development activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 3–5 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
- Knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management preferred.
- HR-related certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
