Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Snack Maker who can prepare a variety of traditional Kerala snacks, popular Indian street foods, tea, fresh juices and other beverages. The candidate should be capable of independently handling snack and beverage preparation while maintaining food quality, taste, hygiene and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare a variety of traditional Kerala snacks, including:

- Pazhampori
- Uzhunnu Vada
- Parippu Vada
- Sukhiyan
- Unniyappam
- Ela Ada
- Bonda
- Neyyappam
- Other basic Kerala snacks.

2. Prepare popular Indian street foods such as:

- Pani Puri
- Vada Pav
- Other popular street food items.

3. Prepare and serve different varieties of tea, including regular tea, black tea, ginger tea and other varieties.

4. Prepare fresh fruit juices, lime juice, milkshakes and other beverages.

5. Ensure consistent taste, quality and presentation of all food and beverage items.

6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

7. Manage ingredients,



raw materials and kitchen stock efficiently.

8. Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

9. Follow food safety standards and maintain proper hygiene practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience as a snack maker or kitchen staff is preferred.
- Must have practical knowledge of preparing traditional Kerala snacks.
- Should be skilled in making Pani Puri and Vada Pav.
- Must know tea preparation and fresh juice making.
- Ability to prepare snacks independently.
- Positive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Hardworking, responsible and able to work in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in bakeries, snack shops, tea shops, restaurants or food outlets.
- Ability to handle both snack and beverage preparation.
- Preference for candidates who can independently manage the complete snack preparation section.

Note: The candidate must be capable of preparing Kerala snacks, Indian street food, tea and juices without depending on separate kitchen staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
