Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Motor Insurance – Operations Executive to manage day-to-day motor insurance operations, including premium calculations, quotation processing, policy issuance and coordination with insurance companies.

The candidate should have practical experience working on insurance company portals and a good understanding of motor insurance processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Premium Calculation & Quotation Management
- Calculate motor insurance premiums for recent and renewal policies.
- Generate quotations from multiple insurance companies.
- Prepare comparative statements of premiums, coverage, add-ons and policy perks.
- Assist in identifying suitable and competitive insurance options for clients.
- Policy Issuance & Processing
- Process motor insurance policies, including new, renewal and endorsement requests.
- Ensure accuracy of vehicle details, IDV, NCB, add-ons and policy information.
- Coordinate documentation and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Verify issued policies before sharing them with clients.
- Insurance Company Coordination
- Coordinate with insurance company representatives, relationship managers and operations teams.




- Follow up on quotations, policy issuance, endorsements and pending cases.
- Resolve operational queries and ensure smooth processing of client requests.
- Insurance Portal Management
- Work on various insurance company portals for premium calculation, quotation generation and policy issuance.
- Maintain updated records of quotations, issued policies and renewals.
- Ensure timely processing and proper documentation.
- Client & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams.
- Provide timely updates on policy status and pending requirements.
- Maintain proper MIS and operational records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with an insurance or finance background will be preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in motor insurance operations is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of motor insurance premium calculation and policy issuance.
- Familiarity with indian insurance company portals and online policy issuance systems.
- Good knowledge of motor insurance products, including comprehensive, third-party and add-on covers.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Salary:- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, practical knowledge and suitability.
