- Workflow Execution: Handle daily operational, administrative, or customer-facing processes (such as data entry, accounts, billing, or client support) according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Process Analysis: Study existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or errors, and report findings to management.
- Quality & Compliance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), perform regular quality checks, and make sure all activities follow company and industry regulations.
- Problem-Solving & Escalation: Resolve customer or internal operational queries, root-cause immediate errors, and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate process logs, update workflow documentation, and prepare periodic performance or sales reports.
Pay: ₹153,000.00 - ₹849,000.00 per year
