- Manage daily bodyshop operations, including denting, painting, accident repairs, and vehicle restoration.
- Supervise denters, painters, technicians, and other bodyshop staff.
- Ensure quality repairs and timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Monitor bodyshop productivity, repair costs, labour sales, and profitability.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers for accident repair approvals and claim processing.
- Ensure accurate estimation of repair costs, spare parts requirements, and labour charges.
- Monitor work-in-progress vehicles and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high standards of service quality.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and painting materials.
- Maintain safety standards, workshop cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and provide technical guidance to improve efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
