- Identify and approach new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and retail sectors.

Marketing:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Promote the company’s brand and product offerings at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor data to support marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with design teams to produce promotional materials and product catalogs.
Client Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality control) to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Maintain robust communication with clients for repeat business and satisfaction.
- Document and track client interactions using CRM tools.
