Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, driving quality traffic, generating leads, and maximizing digital marketing performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Handle Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions.
- Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link building.
- Create and manage engaging digital content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates,



and lead generation.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Track website traffic, engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Expertise in keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Good understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of content marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Experience in managing social media campaigns and paid promotions.
- Understanding of website performance and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with email marketing tools and marketing automation.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and website management.
- Understanding of PPC campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Canva or other creative tools.
- Knowledge of AI-based digital marketing tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
