We are looking for an experienced Payment Posting Specialist with strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities:

- Post insurance payments (ERA/EOB) and patient payments accurately.
- Handle clearinghouse rejections using TriZetto, Stedi, or similar platforms.
- Manage partial payments, insurance offsets, refunds, and adjustments.
- Identify and document claim denials using CARC/RARC codes.
- Perform daily and month-end bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.





Required Skills:

- 2–6 years of hands-on Payment Posting experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Knowledge of Practice Management Systems and clearinghouses.
- Robust accounting, reconciliation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
