Key Responsibilities:

1.Generate & convert leads through calls, referrals, networking & site visits

2.Build relationships with clients, channel partners, investors & business associates

3.Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

4.Conduct property visits and explain pricing, features & documentation

5.Negotiate and close sales effectively

6.Maintain robust client & channel partner relationships

7.Coordinate with legal, finance & documentation teams

8.Maintain lead and sales records through CRM

9.Track market trends,



competitors & pricing
