Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to support business growth, generate new leads, build client relationships, and identify potential business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote company services and explain business offerings to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain lead databases and update daily sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and business proposals.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
- Research market trends, competitors,



and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of cold calling and lead generation is an advantage.
- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream (preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Candidates interested in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and client-handling skills are essential.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
