Position: Sourcing Specialist

Eligibility: 12th Pass/ Undergraduate/Graduate

Experience: 0 - 1 yrs

Skills Required:

Good communication skills

Ability to handle candidates over calls

Basic understanding of counselling and coordination

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based upon interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Networking: Ability to develop dependable candidate channels and build a sustainable pool of eligible Diploma and ITI candidates.

Candidate Counselling: Ability to explain opportunities clearly, understand candidate concerns and maintain engagement without misleading commitments.

Planning & Follow-Through: Ability to coordinate interviews,



travel and joining dates while identifying and addressing potential dropouts.

Data Accuracy & Confidentiality: Ability to organise, segment and update large candidate databases while protecting personal information.

Client & Commercial Awareness: Ability to identify customer opportunities, maintain professional follow-ups and work within approved commercial authority.
