- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
- Repair and replace laptop components such as screens, keyboards, batteries, RAM, SSDs, and motherboards.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and required software.
- Troubleshoot booting, network, Wi-Fi, and performance issues.
- Perform laptop servicing, maintenance, and hardware upgrades.
- Provide onsite technical support at customer locations.
- Maintain service records and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration.
- Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
