Job Description

The K Factor Productions – Team Kuldeep Singhania is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Executive with a mandatory 2–3 years of professional work experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing social media accounts for actors, influencers, YouTubers, digital creators, production houses or entertainment brands. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital content, audience engagement, social media trends and platform growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Plan and manage content calendars for reels, posts, stories and other digital content.
- Coordinate with video editors, scriptwriters and creative teams for content planning and execution.
- Identify trending topics, viral formats and content opportunities relevant to the entertainment industry.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Develop engaging captions, hashtags and creative content ideas.
- Manage social media campaigns, brand collaborations and promotional activities.




- Stay updated with platform algorithms, emerging trends and digital marketing practices.
- Maintain consistency in content quality, brand communication and posting schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of professional work experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is mandatory.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts of actors, influencers, YouTubers, digital creators, production houses or entertainment brands is compulsory.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics, audience insights and platform algorithms.
- Excellent content planning, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify trends and develop engaging content strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced media production environment.
