Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills and experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise restaurant staff, including service personnel and kitchen teams.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and procurement requirements.
- Maintain operational records and support cost control.




- Monitor sales, expenses, and restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and management to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in restaurant or food service operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory, and cost control.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
