Position: Telecaller – Telecom & Non-Telecom Products

Key Responsibilities

A. Telecom Products & Services

- Make outbound calls to corporate customers, SMEs, offices and business establishments.

- Generate enquiries for internet connectivity and business telecom solutions.

- Promote broadband, leased line, networking, Wi-Fi and related business solutions, subject to applicable authorisations.

- Generate leads for EPABX, IP phones, cloud telephony and communication solutions.

- Follow up on quotations and pending customer enquiries.

- Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team.

B. Non-Telecom Products

- Promote CCTV and surveillance systems.

- Generate enquiries for laptops, desktops and IT accessories.

- Promote networking equipment, routers, switches and Wi-Fi solutions.

- Generate leads for printers, biometric attendance and access control systems.

- Promote server, storage, software and IT infrastructure solutions.

- Generate enquiries for hotel IT solutions and office automation products.

C. Customer Coordination





- Call existing customers for feedback and additional requirements.

- Follow up on quotations, orders and payments.

- Maintain daily calling records and customer databases.

- Update leads in CRM or Excel.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.

Required Skills

- Good Tamil and English communication.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

- Positive telephone etiquette and convincing skills.

- Ability to handle customer enquiries.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 70–100 outbound calls per working day.

- 5–10 qualified leads per day.

- Regular quotation follow-ups.

- Minimum 2–3 sales appointments per day.

- Accurate CRM and daily reporting.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th pass / Any Degree.

- Freshers can apply.

- Experience in telecalling, telesales or customer support is preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and company policy, with performance incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
