1. Job Purpose

To ensure the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of company employees, management, goods, and documents as assigned, while maintaining the company vehicle in good condition.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly in accordance with traffic rules and regulations.
- Transport management, employees, goods, and documents as instructed by the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off at assigned locations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.
- Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential vehicle components regularly.
- Maintain vehicle logbooks, trip sheets, fuel records, and other required documents.
- Report accidents, vehicle breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and any other issues immediately to the reporting manager.
- Ensure that the driving licence, vehicle insurance, registration certificate (RC), pollution certificate (PUC), and other required documents are valid.
- Follow the assigned travel schedule and obtain approval for any changes to the route or trip.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when required, ensuring proper handling and safety.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and management activities.
- Ensure proper parking and security of the vehicle after every trip.
- Avoid unauthorized trips and personal use of company vehicles.
- Perform other driving and transportation-related duties assigned by management.





3. Qualifications and Requirements

- Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
- Previous driving experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Punctual, disciplined, responsible, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required by the company.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely reporting and completion of assigned trips.
- Safe driving and compliance with traffic regulations.
- Proper maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Accurate maintenance of logbooks and fuel records.
- Minimum avoidable vehicle damage and breakdowns.
- Professional behaviour and discipline.
- Compliance with company policies and reporting procedures.

5. General Conditions

- The driver must report to duty at the assigned time and location.
- Traffic violations, accidents, and vehicle-related issues must be reported immediately.
- The driver must not drive under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance.
- Personal use of company vehicles without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
- The driver must follow all company rules, safety procedures, and instructions issued by management.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
